Bina, ganti rumah rosak mesti dipercepat - PM

Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak mahu semua program berkaitan bantuan kepada penduduk terjejas banjir termasuk
pembinaan dan penggantian semula rumah yang rosak, dilakukan secepat mungkin.

Beliau berkata masalah serta penderitaan rakyat yang terjejas akibat bencana alam itu sentiasa menjadi keutamaan kerajaan, dan ia mesti ditangani dalam tempoh terdekat.

"Walaupun banjir sudah surut tapi masalah penderitaan rakyat mestilah diselesaikan secepat mungkin.

"Terima kasih juga kepada agensi kerajaan dan sukarelawan yang terlibat dalam membantu menangani masalah banjir ini," katanya ketika berucap pada perhimpunan bulanan Jabatan Perdana Menteri (JPM) di Putarajaya, hari ini.

Najib berkata semua pihak perlu mengambil iktibar daripada banjir baru-baru ini, yang disifatkannya sebagai luar biasa, dan membuat persediaan bagi menghadapi sebarang kemungkinan malapetaka secara lebih serius.

Timbalan Perdana Menteri Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin pada 15 Jan lepas berkata kabinet bersetuju supaya rumah yang tidak rosak sepenuhnya diberi bantuan pada kadar antara RM5,000 dan RM10,000.

Selain itu, bagi mangsa yang mempunyai tanah tetapi rumah mereka hanyut atau rosak 100 peratus akibat banjir, kabinet juga bersetuju untuk membina semula rumah di tapak mereka dengan model dipersetujui kabinet, bernilai RM48,000 sebuah.

Pada perhimpunan itu, Najib turut menerima sumbangan sebanyak RM425,236 bagi Tabung Bencana Banjir hasil sumbangan kakitangan JPM, Persatuan Suri dan Anggota Wanita Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia (Puspanita) serta individu.

States look at hiking gas tax as fuel prices plunge

"The states have to balance their budgets. If they see, their roads are in bad shape or their bridges are literally falling down—in some cases—they need to come up with a way to pay to improve that. And there's a limited number of things you can do at the state level."The increased chatter in state capitals about raising fuel taxes comes after eight states (Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Wyoming) have done just that over the last two years.South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard noted in his State of State speech on Tuesday that when South Dakota last raised its fuel tax 16 years ago, the price of gasoline hovered around $1 per gallon, and about 22% of that went toward state fuel tax. The average price for regular unleaded gas in South Dakota is $1.99 per gallon, and the national average is $2.08.Meanwhile, the price of road construction has ballooned. In 2003, the state could get buy about 7.8 miles of asphalt overlay for $1 million. In 2013, that same amount of money could pay for 4.5 miles of asphalt overlay."Our state highway system is the state's most valuable physical asset and if we want to maintain it, we must act now," said Daugaard, a Republican, who proposed raising the fuel tax by 2 cents per gallon in 2015 and an additional 2 cents each year going forward.In Iowa, Republican Gov. Terry Branstad and Iowa lawmakers have tossed around raising the 22 cents per gallon fuel tax—which has remain unchanged since 1989—or potentially allowing voters in each county to vote for a 1% sales tax. The increased revenue would stay in the counties that levy such taxes to be used on road improvements."I think Iowans like the idea of having some say on this," Branstad told reporters last week.Republican leaders in Utah's legislature have also signaled they will take a look at the state's gas tax, which hasn't been raised since 1998, as they try to grapple with a transportation funding shortfall there.In Louisiana, the state's Transportation Funding Task Force has forwarded a number of ideas to lawmakers. Louisiana has a backlog of $12 billion in road repairs. Among the ideas are to replace the state gas tax with a sales tax on all fuels, direct more money in the construction budget to road work, and steer dollars to highways that would end up in the state's "rainy day" fund.The intense debate on the gas tax in New Jersey could have ramifications for Gov. Chris Christie's potential 2016 White House bid. A Garden State trust fund that pays for road and bridge repair is on the verge of bankruptcy, and some lawmakers in Trenton are pushing for an increase in the state's gas tax to replenish it.Going along with that idea is a tricky proposition for Christie, who could find himself trying to show his conservative bonafides with Republican donors and primary voters, many who see any increase in taxes as toxic.The idea of raising the state gas tax is also unpopular with New Jersey motorists, who enjoy one the lowest gas taxes in the country. Fifty-six percent of residents said they oppose a raise in the state's gas tax, compared to 41% who support it, according to a Rutgers-Eagleton poll published in December.One proposal that's been floated by Democratic Assemblyman John Wisniewski would increase the state gas tax by 25 cents per gallon, costing the average New Jersey motorist about $292 more per year.Christie did not address the gas tax or transportation funding issues in his much-anticipated State of the State address on Tuesday.In Georgia, lawmakers are taking a hard look at the state's 4% sales tax and the 7.5 cents per gallon excise tax as traffic congestion has become a bigger problem for the state.A study committee recently found that the state needs to raise at least $1 billion more a year to repair bridges and roads in the Peach State.Michigan is taking a different tact. The GOP-controlled legislature there approved a plan last month for a ballot initiative to boost the sales tax to help pay for road repairs.Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder signed legislation on Monday to spend $1.3 billion a year more to fix roads and other transportation infrastructure, but it's contingent on Michigan voters increasing the state sales tax from 6% to 7% in the May 5 ballot initiative.Meanwhile, in Tennessee, Republican Gov. Bill Haslam has warned that the state has to do something soon to deal with its crumbling infrastructure. The gas tax hasn't been raised there in nearly 26 years."At some point and time soon…I think there will be a bill about gas tax," Haslam recently told The Tennessean editorial board . Deputy Chief Minister Alfred Jabu and his family is now the target of London-based whistleblower Sarawak Report. – Pic courtesy of miesha-jept.blogspot.com, January 17, 2015.Online news portal Sarawak Report, in its latest expose, said a company linked to the Sarawak deputy chief minister had been given government contracts totalling about RM500 million without going through the tender process in the last 10 years.The London-based whistleblower said the largesse corruptly handed out to a company owned by the immediate family of Deputy Chief Minister Alfred Jabu and their politically connected colleagues had dwarfed sums to other ministers.The Report named the company as KACC Construction Sdn Bhd and described it as: a “a joint concern between the families of the DCM (deputy chief minister) Alfred Jabu; the state secretary (Tan Sri) Mohd Morshidi Abdul Ghani and (Works Minister Datuk Seri) Fadillah Yusof; with the key shareholders being Jabu’s daughter Jennifer, Jabu's cousin (Sarawak Assistant Welfare Minister) Robert Lawson Chuat, the state secretary’s brother, Mohd Taufik Abdul Ghani, and also a niece and nephew of Fadillah".In the Companies Commission of Malaysia shareholders listing of KACC shares, Fadillah's niece Siti Yuhaniz Basri is the largest shareholder, holding 6,631,250 shares.The Report said the major contracts that these deserving sons, daughters, brothers and cousins of former chief minister Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud key political allies received were in the official Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) website for all to see.Taib, who stepped down as chief minister on February 28 last year after 33 years, is now the state's governor.Among the 10 sizeable contracts Sarawak Report said KACC had been awarded without going through the tender process between 1997 and 2008 were the construction of the army's First Division headquarters and the 4thRangers camp at Muara Tuang valued at RM211.2 million, the RM115 million police marine base at Muara Tebas and the construction,completion and commissioning of Phase 3 of the Bintulu water treatment plant that was valued at RM28.8million.“The total value of these 10 lucrative contracts alone was nearly half a billion ringgit! Is it any wonder then that Mr Jabu’s houses are so luxurious?" the portal stated.Jabu, one of the state's longest serving ministers and who was elected to the state legislative assembly in 1973, on Thursday signed the integrity pledge drawn up by new Chief Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem to stay away from corrupt practices.It added that the resources of Taib’s most loyal side-kick, DCM Alfred Jabu, are not limited to mere contracts out of such enterprises as KACC Construction Sdn Bhd.The Report also said the land handed to Heba Aromatics was all native customary rights (NCR) land “belonging to his own people in Betong".It said the compensation made for the vast concession “which was worth millions of ringgit" was a mere RM500 a family. – January 17,2015.

After questioning Daim, anti-graft body to meet Anwar next

Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has claimed that he has proof of Tun Daim Zainuddin's alleged abuse of power. – The Malaysian Insider file pic, January 19, 2015.Malaysian anti-graft officials will take up opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's offer to assist investigations into Tun Daim Zainuddin's banking business abroad, years after the former finance minister was cleared of any wrongdoing.Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission deputy chief commissioner, Datuk Seri Mohd Shukri Abdull, said in a statement today that they had already questioned Daim and were now waiting to seek Anwar's help to facilitate investigations."MACC will meet with YB Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who claims to have strong evidence regarding this case. MACC also welcomes any quarters with evidence to cooperate with MACC," he said.Mohd Shukri said the testimonies from Daim, Anwar and other witnesses will be brought to the deputy public prosecutor and later the Operations Review Panel (PPO), the independent body that monitors MACC's operations.‎Yesterday, Anwar said he was willing to cooperate with MACC if it investigated Daim, but on the condition that it carried out i‎ts duties professionally.

"If they ask me, I will give my cooperation, no problem. It is my responsibility to help facilitate investigations. But they have to be professional," the PKR de facto chief had said after a dialogue with Selangor youth in Petaling Jaya yesterday.‎H‎e said he had "proof" of Daim's alleged abuse of power but it was shelved. However, he did not elaborate on the statement, although he said MACC should not focus its investigations solely on Daim's banking business.Mohd Shukri today insisted MACC had always carried out its investigations independently, transparently and professionally, in accordance with the MACC Act 2009.He added that this was not the first it was investigating Daim."For your information, investigations against Tun Daim were already carried out by the Anti-Corruption Agency (now MACC) in 1998."The deputy public prosecutor who examined the case at that time decided that no further action be taken," he said.He added that it was MACC's duty to probe each graft case in accordance with the laws, without being influenced by any party.Last Thursday, Daim said he was ready to cooperate with MACC as they probed his banking business abroad, saying that he had confidence in the anti-graft body's capabilities to undertake the probe.Daim revealed he also knew who was behind the sudden media spotlight on his business empire."I am aware of who is behind this sudden attention on me. If you don't like the message, kill the messenger," he said, adding that he was surprised Umno-controlled Media Prima Bhd would provide coverage for opposition party PKR.Opposition politicians had previously urged anti-graft authorities to investigate Daim, with PKR's Youth chief Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin, in November last year, highlighting the lack of police action against the former finance minister despite a police report lodged in 1999.Anwar had lodged that report 15 years ago, accusing Daim of amassing billions of ringgit in African and Eastern Europe banks through proxies.Pro-Umno bloggers recently reported that Daim had been attacked by cybertroopers aligned to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak for criticising Putrajaya's handling of the economy.Daim and former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad have emerged as strong critics of Najib's administration over the latter's handling of the economy and national politics.In what is seen as a psychological war, Najib's supporters in the press and online portals have been attacking Daim with critical articles.But veteran journalist Datuk A. Meanwhile, a teenage spear fisher was attacked by a shark 390 kilometers (240 miles) to the south.A 5-meter (16-foot) great white shark estimated to weigh 1.7 metric tons (1.9 tons) had been spotted daily since last Saturday until Thursday off the coast of Newcastle, a city of 315,000 people 160 kilometers (100 miles) north of Sydney, Newcastle City Council said.At Ulladulla, a coastal town 230 kilometers (140 miles) south of Sydney, a 17-year-old boy was attacked by a shark.Paramedics treated the boy for lacerations to his hand and fingers, ambulance service spokeswoman Jackie Levett said. ผู้สื่อข่าวรายงานว่า (19 ม.ค.) เมื่อเวลา 09.29 น. เจ้าหน้าที่รับแจ้งเหตุมีคนใช้อาวุธปืนยิงตัวเองเสียชีวิต ที่เกิดเหตุบริเวณหน้าบ้านแห่งหนึ่ง ในหมู่บ้านเพชรพิมาน อ.เมือง จ.เพชรบุรี พบศพผู้เสียชีวิตคือ พ.ต.อ.ธนวัฒน์ แสงภู่ อายุ 64 ปี สภาพนอนหงายศีรษะพาดอยู่บนขอบทางเท้า ด้านขวาพบปืนลูกโม่ขนาด .357 ตกอยู่ใกล้มือขวาของผู้เสียชีวิต

จากการสอบสวนทราบว่า ผู้เสียชีวิตเป็นอดีตผู้กำกับการ สภ.ทองผาภูมิ จ.กาญจนบุรี หลังเกษียณอายุราชการได้กลับมาพักอาศัยที่ อ.ป่าโมก จ.อ่างทอง และเดินทางไปมาระหว่าง จ.อ่างทอง กับ จ.เพชรบุรี เนื่องจากผู้เสียชีวิตมีญาติอยู่ในหมู่บ้านเพชรพิมาน ก่อนเกิดเหตุได้ยินเสียงปืนดังขึ้น 2 นัด และพบว่า พ.ต.อ.ธนวัตน์ ยิงตัวตายดังกล่าว

เบื้องต้น พบจดหมายเขียนด้วยลายมือของผู้เสียชีวิตเองตัดพ้อเรื่องกิจการครอบครัวของตนเอง โดยระบุว่าถูกโกงเรื่องการร่วมค้าวัสดุก่อสร้าง

The Hubble Space Telescope shows Pluto and three of it's five moons.(Photo: Associated Press)It might soon be time to change all those grade-school dioramas of the solar system again: Astronomers think at least two more planets exist, reports Universe Today.In two studies from the UK and Spain, scientists say the planets' existence is the only way to explain why objects are behaving as they are in the nether regions beyond Neptune (and recently demoted non-planet) Pluto, reports Smithsonian.These objects—called extreme trans-Neptunian objects, or ETNOs—should be zipping around randomly but are instead doing so with "unusual symmetry," in the words of Discovery."We consider that the most probable explanation is that other unknown planets exist beyond Neptune and Pluto," says an astronomer from Complutense University of Madrid.It's just a theory at this point, and EarthSky points out two issues: "First, their proposal goes against the predictions of current models on the formation of the solar system, which state that there are no other planets moving in circular orbits beyond Neptune."(The astronomers suggest other research is disproving this anyway.) And second, the study sample of just 13 objects is small.More research on ETNOs is coming soon, however. "If it is confirmed, our results may be truly revolutionary for astronomy," says the Madrid astronomer. รูปแบบรายการศึกน้ำผึ้งพระจันทร์

ระยะที่ 1 (2 ก.พ. 2553-12 ก.ค. 2554)

รูปแบบรายการเป็นเกมโชว์ และเรียลลิตี้ โดยมีเกมการแข่งขันพิสูจน์ความรักของคู่รักคนดังที่เข้าร่วมรายการในห้องส่ง นัดละ 2 คู่ โดยจะออกอากาศ 2 สัปดาห์ แบ่งเป็นช่วง เร็วหรือช้า และ กล้าหรือกลัว ในสัปดาห์แรก ส่วนสัปดาห์สุดท้ายเป็นช่วงกล้าหรือกลัว, ชัวร์หรือไม่ และ รอบแจ็คพอต รวมทั้งสิ้น 4 เกม และยังมีช่วงเรียลลิตี้ “CP Will you Marry Me แต่งงานกันเถอะ”

เร็วหรือช้า
ผู้แข่งขันทั้ง 2 คู่ จะเริ่มเล่นเกมสานความสัมพันธ์ของคู่รัก ซึ่งมีการเปลี่ยนเกมทุกครั้ง เช่น เกมจูบปากแล้วใบ้คำ เกมแกะเปลือกลูกอมโดยใช้ปากแล้วคาบใส่จาน โดยคู่ที่ทำเวลาได้ดีหรือเร็วที่สุด หรือมีคะแนนมากที่สุดภายในเวลาจำกัด จะได้รับ 1 แต้ม พร้อมของรางวัลเป็นที่พัก

กล้าหรือกลัว
ผู้แข่งขันทั้ง 2 คู่ยังคงเล่นเกมต่อ โดยจะต้องทำการสารภาพความรักของตนเองจากความลับที่ไม่เคยเปิดเผยมาก่อน โดยฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นผู้สารภาพ อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นผู้รับฟังผ่านเครื่องจับชีพจร คู่ที่มีอัตราชีพจรสูงสุดต่อนาทีได้จำนวนมากครั้งกว่าจะเป็นผู้ชนะในเกมนี้ โดยคู่ที่ทำคะแนนรวมสองเกมได้มากกว่าจะผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้าย หรือว่า รอบแจ็คพอต กรณีคะแนนเสมอกันก็จะเข้ารอบแจ็คพอตเช่นกัน แต่เทปวันที่ 21 กันยายน 2553 เป็นต้นมา ได้เปลี่ยนให้ผู้แข่งขันทั้ง 2 คู่เล่นเกมนี้ และเกมชัวร์หรือไม่ เพื่อหาผู้ชนะเข้ารอบแจ็คพอต

ชัวร์หรือไม่
เดิมเป็นเกมรอบแจ็คพอต โดยคู่ที่ผ่านเข้ารอบ จะต้องตอบคำถามทายใจตรงกันถึง 4 ข้อ ซึ่งเป็นคำถามชีวิตส่วนตัว กรณีมีคู่เข้ารอบทั้ง 2 คู่จะต้องตอบคำถามเพื่อหาผู้ชนะ โดยคู่ที่ตอบคำถามถูกต้องทั้งหมด จะได้ไปฮันนีมูนที่ใดก็ได้ในโลกตามความประสงค์ของผู้แข่งขัน แต่เทปวันที่ 21 กันยายน 2553 เป็นต้นมา ได้ย้ายช่วงนี้ให้เป็นเกมก่อนรอบแจ็คพอต โดยคู่ที่ตอบคำถามได้ถูกต้องมากกว่าใน 3 ข้อจะได้ 2 แต้ม และผ่านเข้ารอบสุดท้าย

รอบแจ็คพอต
ผู้ชนะประจำนัด จะต้องเล่นเกมรอบแจ็คพอตให้ได้ เช่น โยนถั่วเข้าปาก ขว้างหมอนข้างให้ตรงช่อง ยิงลูกโป่งให้งับถั่ว โดยถ้าทำได้ถึง 4 ครั้ง จะได้ไปฮันนีมูนที่ใดก็ได้ในโลก แต่ถ้าทำได้ 3 ครั้งจะไปประเทศญี่ปุ่น ทำได้ 2 ครั้ง ไปประเทศเกาหลี ทำได้ 1 ครั้ง ไปประเทศฮ่องกง ซึ่งผู้ชนะมีสิทธิ์ในการขอลดหย่อนรางวัลได้ หากพลาดโอกาสไปฮันนีมูนที่ใดในโลก

CP Will you Marry Me แต่งงานกันเถอะ
เป็นช่วงเรียลลิตี้โชว์ที่ได้รับความสนใจจากผู้ชมอีกช่วงหนึ่ง โดยเปิดโอกาสให้คู่ทางบ้านที่กำลังมีความรัก ได้มาบอกรักกันผ่านทางรายการ ด้วยแผนการที่แตกต่างกันออกไป มีความยาวออกอากาศประมาณ 10 นาที
ตัวอย่างคู่รักที่ได้รับความสนใจและมีการพาดหัวข่าวตามหน้าหนังสือพิมพ์ เช่น คู่ของคุณกาญจนา ศรีสวยสกุล กับ ส.อ.ณัฐพงษ์ ชินวงศ์ นายทหารสังกัดกองพลทหารม้าที่ 1 รักษาพระองค์ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ ซึ่งไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่สลายการชุมนุมของ นปช.จนได้รับบาดเจ็บ โดยได้เข้าพิธีมงคลสมรสในวันที่ 16 เมษายน 2553 ที่บ้านของฝ่ายเจ้าสาวในจังหวัดสระบุรี จากนั้นเจ้าบ่าวต้องกลับเข้าสังกัด เพื่อรับภารกิจเป็นครูฝึกทหารใหม่ โดยมีเจ้าสาวตามไปด้วย (ออกอากาศวันที่ 6, 13 และ 20 เมษายน 2553) และคู่ของคุณปิติพล วังธิยอง ลงทุนปั่นจักรยานจากจังหวัดระยองไปยังจังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นระยะทาง 964 กิโลเมตร เพื่อขอความรักจาก พ.ญ.ศศิญา เรืองธนานนท์ แต่ฝ่ายชายเกิดอุบัติเหตุบาดเจ็บระหว่างทางที่จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ แผนการจึงไม่สำเร็จ (ออกอากาศวันที่ 1 และ 8 มีนาคม 2554) และคู่ของคุณคริสโตเฟอร์ เบญจกุล ดารารณรงค์เมาไม่ขับ พิสูจน์รักแท้ขอแต่งงานกับแฟนสาว เป็นต้น
ระยะที่ 2 (18 ก.ค. 2554 – ปัจจุบัน)
รายการได้ปรับเปลี่ยนฉากและเกม โดยคู่รักคนดังทั้ง 2 คู่ที่เข้าแข่งขันจะต้องผ่านด่านให้ได้ 3 เกม ในเวลาออกอากาศ 2 สัปดาห์ โดยเกมในสัปดาห์แรกเป็นช่วง กรณีศึกษา รอบที่ 1 และ กล้าหรือกลัวกับคำสารภาพของคู่ที่ 1 ส่วนสัปดาห์สุดท้ายเป็นช่วงกรณีศึกษา รอบที่ 2, ช่วงกล้าหรือกลัวกับคำสารภาพของคู่ที่ 2 และ รอบแจ็คพอต พร้อมกับช่วง CP Will you Marry Me แต่งงานกันเถอะ ที่ยังคงดำเนินอยู่เป็นประจำทุกสัปดาห์

กรณีศึกษา
ทางรายการได้เชิญแขกรับเชิญทางบ้านที่มีปัญหาชีวิตคู่ มาเป็นกรณีศึกษาในแต่ละสัปดาห์ โดยให้ดาราที่มาแข่งรับชมละครจำลองเหตุการณ์ และรับฟังเรื่องราวจากแขกรับเชิญ แล้วทายว่า แขกรับเชิญท่านนี้กำลังประสบปัญหาความรักอะไรอยู่ โดยกรณีศึกษาของแขกรับเชิญแต่ละท่านจะมีเรื่องราวหลากหลายแง่มุมและข้อคิดที่ดีเพื่อให้ผู้ชมได้นำกลับไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้

กล้าหรือกลัวกับคำสารภาพ
ผู้แข่งขันทั้ง 2 คู่จะต้องทำการสารภาพความรักของตนเองจากความลับที่ไม่เคยเปิดเผยมาก่อน โดยฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นผู้สารภาพ อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นผู้รับฟังผ่านเครื่องจับชีพจร คู่ที่มีอัตราชีพจรสูงสุดต่อนาทีได้จำนวนมากครั้งกว่าจะเป็นผู้ชนะในเกม และคู่ที่มีคะแนนมากกว่าทั้งสองเกมก็จะผ่านเข้ารอบแจ็คพอต

อยากขายรถเก่า ขับไปให้เต็นท์ตีราคาก็โดนกดราคาจนน่าใจหาย ขายเองดีกว่ามั้ย?? เว็บไซต์ซื้อขายออนไลน์เป็นอีกสื่อที่กำลังมาแรงและได้รับความนิยมจากทั้งผู้ขายและผู้ซื้อ เพราะสะดวกในการลงประกาศ โพสต์ปุ๊บก็แสดงผลเลย คนเห็นเยอะ ที่สำคัญคือลงประกาศฟรี ได้ราคาดีกว่าเอาไปขายเต็นท์

เพื่อทำให้รถของท่านที่จะนำมาลงขายนั้นดูน่าสนใจ และง่ายต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้ซื้อมากขึ้น มาดูคำแนะนำสิ่งที่ผู้ขายรถมือสองควรปฏิบัติ

1. ตั้งราคาที่เหมาะสม

อาจใช้วิธีเอารถเข้าไปเต็นท์รถตีราคา และดูราคาจากเว็บรถมือสองต่างๆ เปรียบเทียบจากรถปีเดียวกัน รุ่นเดียวกัน แล้วตั้งราคาในใจเอาไว้ ถ้ารถเราสภาพดีจริงและไม่ได้เร่งรีบที่จะขายก็อาจตั้งราคาสูงหน่อย ซึ่งโดยมากถ้าเป็นรถตลาด สภาพดี และเป็นสีที่ได้รับความนิยม ใช้เวลาไม่นานก็ขายได้แล้ว

การประเมินราคา ควรมองความนิยมของรถรุ่นนั้นว่าเป็นที่นิยมหรือไม่ ถ้าตลาดมีความต้องการสูงก็อาจจะต่อรองได้บ้าง โดยมากค่าเสื่อมราคาจะลดลงตามอายุของรถ หรือถ้ารถรุ่นนั้นมีโฉมใหม่ออกมาก็จะต้องปรับราคากันอีกครั้ง

2. ภาพถ่ายชัดเจน

ถ้าอยากได้ราคาดี ก่อนถ่ายควรล้างรถดูดฝุ่นให้สะอาดเอี่ยมที่สุด ทั้งภายนอก ภายใน และห้องเครื่อง ถ่ายภาพให้เห็นสภาพรวมของรถ ได้แก่ หน้าเต็ม หลังเต็ม ข้างรถ เครื่องยนต์ ช่วงล่าง และรูปลักษณ์ภายใน เช่น เบาะ คอนโซล หน้าปัด วิทยุ ฯลฯ

3. บอกรายละเอียดให้หมด

เอารถไปตรวจเช็คสภาพ หาประวัติการซ่อมและแจ้งข้อมูลเหล่านั้นให้ครบ เช่น คุณทำอะไรกับรถแล้วบ้าง รถมีปัญหาตรงไหน เพื่อที่คนซื้อจะได้รู้ว่าถ้าซื้อไปแล้วจะต้องไปทำอะไรต่อ เคยโดนชนหน้า ชนหลังมาหรือเปล่า บอกให้หมดไม่ต้องกลัวว่าราคาขายจะตก ดีกว่ามาโดนสาปแช่งทีหลัง

4. จริงใจ อย่าโปรโมทเกินจริง

บางครั้งคนที่โทรติดต่อมาอาจจะอยู่ต่างจังหวัด ต้องเสียค่ารถ เสียเวลามาดูรถที่คุณประกาศขาย ยิ่งคุณโปรโมทรถเกินจริงเท่าไร คนซื้อก็ยิ่งคาดหวังสูง หากมาเห็นทีหลังแล้วไม่เป็นอย่างที่คิดก็จะเสียความรู้สึกกันเปล่าๆ ควรบอกรายละเอียดไปตามตรง แสดงความจริงใจในการซื้อขาย

5. ถ้ายังขายไม่ได้

อาจเป็นเพราะว่ารถมือสองรุ่นนั้นไม่ได้อยู่ในความนิยมหรืออาจตั้งราคาสูงเกินไป ถ้าอยากขายให้ได้จริงๆ คงต้องพิจารณาลดราคาลง อีกอย่างหนึ่งการประกาศขายซ้ำๆ ไม่ได้ช่วยให้ขายได้ การตั้งประกาศใหม่ซ้ำซ้อนอาจทำให้ยิ่งดูด้อยค่าลง ควรทำการอัพเดตข้อมูลในประกาศเดิม เช่น ลงภาพถ่ายในมุมอื่นๆ หรือลดราคาลงเพื่อให้คนสนใจมากขึ้น

KPN AWARD เปิดตัวรายการทางช่อง 3
เวทีการประกวดร้องเพลงชิงถ้วยพระราชทานจากพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ “เคพีเอ็น อวอร์ด ครั้งที่ 24″ ก็เปิดแถลงข่าวแล้ว โดยปีนี้ย้ายมาออกอากาศทางช่อง 3 อีกครั้งในรอบ 9 ปี

โดยในงานมีคุณประวิทย์ มาลีนนท์ นำคณะผู้บริหารสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 มาร่วมงาน พร้อมด้วยศิลปินดาราจาก KPN บี้-ธรรศภาคย์, ไต้ฝุ่น-กนกฉัตร และอีกมากมาย ซึ่งรายการยังคงรูปแบบเดอะ แบทเทิลซีรีย์ ที่แบ่งผู้เข้าแข่งขันออกเป็น 2 ทีม ได้แก่ ทีมสีแดง ตัวแทนคนเสียงดี และทีมสีน้ำเงิน ตัวแทนคนหน้าตาดีที่มีความฝันอยากเป็นนักแสดง โดยมีกรรมการคือ ชมพู ฟรุ๊ตตี้, ทาทา ยัง, ดีเจ เจ๊แหม่ม แต่เพิ่มความเข้มขน และมีกรรมการพิเศษ ชาย-ชาตโยดม ซึ่งในปีนี้ขยายโอกาสให้ผู้สมัครจากอายุ 15-25 ปี เป็น 30 ปี และเพิ่มเงินรางวัลเป็น 1 ล้านบาท ทางด้านคุณ กรณ์ ณรงค์เดช ประธานกรรมการบริหาร บริษัท เคพีเอ็นเปิดเผยว่า รู้สึกยินดีที่ได้รับโอกาสให้รายการได้มาออกอากาศในช่อง 3 อีกครั้ง ซึ่งรับรองว่าปีนี้จะเพิ่มความสนุกเข้นข้นมากขึ้นแน่นอน
