Felda said its plantations suffered losses of up to RM3 million from the recent floods while damage to property of settlers has been estimated at some RM1.56 million."We have done a survey, about 200 houses need to be repaired and Felda will make a detailed assessment on what other aid the victims need," Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad said after handing over aid to flood victims in Kampung Telok Batu, Lenggong, today. He said 929 Felda households were affected by the floods, the brunt of which were in Kelantan, Terengganu and Perak.Isa said Felda's Flood Relief Fund had collected RM1.9 million since it was launched on January 2. – Bernama, January 11, 2015.
